Washing

Try to let your cashmere air and relax after use, avoiding direct sunlight.

Please refer to individual care labels but generally we advise that all woven items and substantial knitted items should be dry-cleaned.

Smaller knitted items can be hand-washed in lukewarm water (30° or less) with cashmere or wool shampoo; follow the instructions on the bottle for the ratio of water to shampoo, and do not use fabric softener as it will stiffen the fibres.

Gently wash the item, and do not rub or wring. Rinse well and gently squeeze or press the water out. Lay flat on a towel at room temperature to dry, shape while wet. If needed, gently iron using a cool setting with a damp cloth, or steam on the iron’s wool setting.

Pilling

Cashmere is a natural fibre and therefore pilling will occur over time as with any soft natural fibre. It is a natural process and does not indicate poor quality. Remember to de-pill your cashmere garment before washing it. We recommend that you use a battery-operated de-fuzzer.

Moths

Cashmere can attract moths. Before storing for long periods of time, ensure that the piece has been washed. Moths are particularly attracted to body oils, hair, stains and food particles. Store your garment in a cotton bag that closes with zippers, as this will allow it to breathe.

Wash your wardrobe often and use anti-moth products such as cedar bags (replacing them regularly) when storing your garment.

If you discover moths, remove the cashmere and deep clean your wardrobe or cupboard thoroughly. Then freeze the cashmere for a day or overnight as this will kill any moths or moth larvae. You can then defrost and dry-clean your cashmere.

Why is the item I want on pre-order?

if your product is on pre-order; we currently do not have stock but a new shipment is enroute to our boutique.
we will communicate delivery dates with you upon placing your order. there are no additional fees for pre-orders.

When will I receive my order?

orders are processed within 1-2 working days of receiptdelivery times:

  • UK 1-2 working days
  • EU 1-5 working days
  • USA 1-5 working days
  • Rest of World 1-7 working days

How much does delivery cost?

we offer free shipping around the world via DHL standard delivery, though regretfully we cannot currently ship to the Russian Federation, due to restrictions placed by our couriers - we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Will I pay duties & taxes on my order?

  • UK orders are inclusive of VAT.
  • full price orders delivered to the USA and Europe are delivered duties paid (DDP) - this means that the prices are inclusive of all duties and customs charges.
  • orders to the rest of the world are delivered at place (DAP) - this means that the recipient could be liable for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, which may have to be paid prior to delivery.

Returns

How do I return my order?

  • we offer free returns on any products ordered from oyuna.com.
  • currently we do not offer locker drop-offs and all orders need to be mailed back to us at OYUNA Returns, Unit W03, Canalot Studios, Kensal Road, London, W10 5BN.
  • we are happy to refund or exchange any unused products sent back to us within 14 working days of delivery, provided they are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels attached.
  • it is not necessary to return the product to us in its original box.
  • we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any custom, personalised or pre-order products.
  • please contact care@oyuna.com to begin the returns process.

When will I receive my refund?

  • your refund will be credited back to the original payment method - you will be notified via email as soon as your return has been received and processed.
  • please allow up to 5-10 working days for funds to clear into your account.
  • we are unable to refund any duties and taxes that may have been incurred in outbound shipping.
  • we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any custom, personalised or pre-order products.
