We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases sent back to us within 14 working days of delivery (please keep proof of shipment). All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail with the original shipping materials and original shipping invoice included. Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount with the exception of any shipping charges that may have been applied to your order (listed separately on your invoice). We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for the return itself.

Please ensure that all goods are clearly marked as Returns. For returns from outside the UK and EU please mark your shipment as ‘British Returned Goods’ on any customs or postal forms.
Please note that goods returned to us in a used or damaged state will be returned to customers at their own cost.
