We offer free delivery on all orders.

All orders are processed and dispatched from the OYUNA head office in London within 24 business hours.

  • All UK orders are inclusive of VAT.
  • All full price orders delivered to the USA and EU are delivered duties paid (DDP). This means that the prices are inclusive of all duties / customs charges.
  • We do not offer DDP on any orders from our Archive sale.
  • All orders to the rest of the world are delivered at place (DAP). This means that recipients could be liable for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, which may have to be paid before completion of delivery.
  • We offer shipping around the world via DHL standard delivery, though regretfully cannot currently ship to the Russian Federation, due to restrictions placed by our couriers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
  • It’s a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the UK.

We offer the opportunity to return any products ordered from oyuna.com..

OYUNA does not offer returns or refunds on any personalised items.

  • You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items for a refund, provided that it's in it's original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all the labels attached. 
  • All items sold from our Archive Sale are final and non-refundable. 
  • It is not necessary to return the order to us in its original box. 
  • OYUNA does not cover the cost of returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when  sending your items back so we can track any delays that may impact the 14 day return window. 
  • We will not be held responsible for any goods that do not arrive.

Please ensure that all goods are clearly marked as Returns, additionally a paper with your order number and name must be included in the package

For all returns from outside the UK, please mark your shipment as British Returned Goods. This must be clearly stated on the parcel, as well as any customs or postal forms.  Failure to do so may result in duties and taxes being charged on your return shipment, the cost of which will then be deducted from your refund. 

    • Please Note that no refunds will be issued for personalised products.
    • Your refund will be credited back to the original payment card. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been received and processed.
    • Kindly allow up to 5-10 working days for funds to clear in your account.
    • Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping charges or any duties and taxes. 
    • OYUNA does not accept returns or issue refunds on any custom, personalised or pre-order products.
    • We do not accept returns or issue refund on items from our Archive Sale
