Customers in the UK, EU and United States
All items delivered duties paid (DDP). This means that the prices are inclusive of all duties / customs charges.
Customers outside of the EU & United States
All items delivered duties unpaid (DDU). This means that recipients could be liable for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, which may have to be paid before completion of delivery.
We offer shipping around the world via UPS standard delivery, though regretfully cannot currently ship to the Russian Federation, due to restrictions placed on us by our couriers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We offer automatic free shipping on all orders above £200. For orders below £200 the following shipping charges apply:
UK – £10
Europe – £12
USA – £28
Rest of World – £34
UK – 1-2 working days.
Europe – 1-5 working days.
United States - 1-5 working days.
Rest Of World – 1-7 working days.
UK - Final shipping date for delivery 23rd December
International - 21st December. International shipping will vary by territory, so order early to ensure delivery.
If you have any specific questions regarding shipments and deliveries, or you would like to upgrade your shipping to receive your order more quickly please feel free to contact us.
We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases sent back to us within 14 working days of delivery (please keep proof of shipment). All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail with the original shipping materials and original shipping invoice included. Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount with the exception of any shipping charges that may have been applied to your order (listed separately on your invoice). We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for the return itself.

Please ensure that all goods are clearly marked as Returns. For returns from outside the UK and EU please mark your shipment as ‘British Returned Goods’ on any customs or postal forms.
Please note: goods that are returned to us in a used or damaged state will be returned to customers at their own cost.
