Shipping


Every OYUNA piece is prepared with care and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


Once your parcel has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number, so you can follow its journey to you.


Delivery


Estimated delivery times begin once your order leaves us:
UK: 1–3 working days
EU: 1–7 working days
USA: 1–7 working days
ROW: 1–7 working days


During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch times may extend slightly. 


Shipping Costs


Complimentary delivery is available on all UK full-price orders.


We are pleased to offer international complimentary delivery on full-price items, as outlined below:


EU: Orders over €500
USA: Orders over $600
ROW: Orders over £450

Sale items are excluded from complimentary shipping.


Standard shipping charges apply as follows:
UK: £8
EU: €25
USA: $40
ROW: £35


We are currently unable to ship to the Russian Federation due to restrictions placed by our couriers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.


Duties & Taxes


UK orders include VAT.
Full-price orders to the EU and USA are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), with no additional charges on delivery.
Orders to the ROW are sent Delivered At Place (DAP); local taxes, customs duties, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Returns

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Full-price pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery and qualify for complimentary returns.
Sale pieces may be returned within 14 days; please note that return shipping costs apply.


Purchases made in December benefit from an extended returns period until 16 January 2026, allowing additional time for gifting.


Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all labels attached. Original packaging is not required.


We are unable to accept returns on custom, personalised, or pre-order pieces, unless faulty or not as described.

Refunds


Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are received and approved. Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account.


Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except where required by law.
