Shipping

All of our prices show with VAT included. A deduction will be applied at checkout if applicable.

Customers in the UK and EU
All items delivered duties paid (DDP). This means that the prices are inclusive of all duties / customs charges.

Customers outside of the UK and EU (Rest Of World) 
All items delivered duties unpaid (DDU). This means that recipients could be liable for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, which may have to be paid before completion of delivery.

Shipping

We offer shipping around the world via UPS standard delivery, though regretfully cannot currently ship to the Russian Federation, due to restrictions placed on us by our couriers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We offer free shipping on all orders above £200 with code FREESHIPPING200. For orders below £200 the following shipping charges apply:
UK – £6
Europe – £12
USA – £28
Rest of World – £34

Delivery Times
UK – 1-2 working days.
Europe – 3-5 working days.
Rest Of World – 5-7 working days.

If you have any specific questions regarding shipments and deliveries, or you would like to upgrade your shipping to receive your order more quickly please feel free to contact us.

 

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases within 14 working days from delivery. All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail with the original shipping materials and original shipping invoice included. Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount with the exception of any shipping charges that may have been applied to your order (listed separately on your invoice). We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for the return itself.

In order to return a purchase, please contact returns@oyuna.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Please ensure that all goods are clearly marked as Returns. For returns from outside the UK and EU please mark your shipment as ‘British Returned Goods’ on any customs or postal forms.

Please note: goods that are returned to us in a used or damaged state will be returned to customers at their own cost.
