Job Advertisement – Wholesale Executive


The Role

A great opportunity has arisen for a Wholesale Executive to join our team.  The Wholesale Executive plays an important role in supporting our global sales drive, under the guidance of our Sales Director, across our wholesale channels - Womenswear and Home.  The role will be supported by our Creative Director and Assistant Brand Manager who will prepare all sales tools.


Key Accountabilities

  • support sales drive across our wholesale sales channel with existing and new accounts
  • support the Sales Director to forecast and plan sales budgets by region
  • international market preparation - coordinate sample set distribution to agents and showrooms
  • diary management for seasonal sales, and co-conduct sales appointments in London and Paris
  • account management, day to day follow up and communication
  • work closely with production and operations teams to ensure that orders are delivered on time
  • regularly update the customer database within the CRM system to ensure client information is always accurate
  • action and oversee the processing of seasonal, repeat and stock sales orders on the CRM system 


The Successful Candidate / About You

  • a warm, outgoing person with great interpersonal skills
  • a can-do attitude and a growth mindset      
  • you love both fashion and sustainability
  • at least 6 month sales experience either in a retail or wholesale environment
  • excellent communication - written and verbal - multilingual advantageous
  • experience in sales administration and customer service is a plus
  • great attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and a process-focussed approach

Our Marketing Internship provides a solid exposure to the marketing workings of a luxury lifestyle brand, an insight into marketing strategy and communication, an understanding of consumer experiences and the importance of building loyalty organically.  As a Marketing Intern you will support the Creative Director and Marketing Team with;

  • content creation for campaigns, social media, newsletters
  • photoshoots
  • influencer campaigns
  • creation of collection line sheets, look books, press releases, teasers
  • organisation of showrooms, sample sales, and other events
  • sending images to agents, magazines, stockists and press
  • marketing brainstorming - bringing new fresh ideas to the brand



Our Production internship provides a solid exposure to the design and production workings of a luxury lifestyle brand.  As a Production intern you will the support the Product Developer and Production Coordinator and will gain experience through;

  • sampling and production for upcoming lifestyle collections
  • working with cashmere and other natural fibres
  • developing technical skills and knowledge related to the design and development of knitwear 
  • collaborating with different departments on different projects (full scope of creating a collection)



Our Sales internship provides a solid exposure to the sales workings of a luxury lifestyle brand -  business to business, and direct to consumer.  As a Sales intern you will the support the Sales Director and sales team and gain experience through;

  • preparation of orders for dispatch 
  • shipping, customs, duties, documentation
  • sales tools preparation (linesheets, fabric swatches)
  • customer prospecting and database administration
  • customer service

Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.  Our internships are based at our studio in Golborne Road, Notting Hill. The duration of our internships is a minimum of three months.
